Agadir’s city beach is the long public plage and corniche — different sand from Taghazout’s cove and from Banana Beach up the coast. Guests go for the promenade, beach clubs, or a hotel-zone lunch. We drop at the corniche, a named beach hotel, or Founty / Baie des Palmiers. Not the airport.

Where we drop you
The main tourist beach runs in front of the city hotel strip (Kenzi Europa, The View / ex Royal Atlas, Atlantic Palace, RIU Tikida hotels). Founty is the southern bay (Sofitel, Iberostar). Anza is a separate fishing-beach area north of the marina — say “Anza” if that is the pin, because the road is not the same as the corniche.
Distance and travel time
Taghazout to the Agadir corniche is usually about 20–25 km and 25–35 minutes. Founty adds a little. Anza is shorter if you stop before the city centre.
How the transfer works
WhatsApp the Taghazout pickup and the Agadir beach pin (corniche, hotel name, Founty, or Anza). We confirm the car and the written fare, then drive the N1 south.
Hotel pickup
Hotel lobby or camp gate. Boards going to a city beach session: ask for a van.
Timing
Weekend corniche traffic is slower. A Founty drop is a few minutes further south than a central beach hotel.
Price
This is a local Taghazout–Agadir hop. We confirm the fare on WhatsApp for your two pins. Do not use the published airport list (Taghazout ↔ AGA 300 / 450 MAD, Agadir city ↔ AGA 200 / 320 MAD) for a souk, beach, marina or hotel-to-hotel ride.
Why a reserved car
Useful when your stay is on the surf coast but you want the city plage for a day. Private car, door to the sand or the hotel gate you name.

- Is Agadir beach the same as Banana Beach?
- No. Banana Beach sits between Aourir and Tamraght, north of the city. Agadir beach is the city corniche. Banana Beach from Agadir hotels: /agadir-to-banana-beach.
- Do you drop at Founty or Sofitel from Taghazout?
- Yes. Founty / Baie des Palmiers is the southern hotel zone. Send the hotel name.
- Can you take us to Anza beach?
- Yes. Write “Anza” on WhatsApp so we do not default to the main corniche.
