Cancellation policy

Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp. To change the time, vehicle, or passenger count, or to cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected].

We do not take card payment on the website. If you have not yet travelled, contact us as soon as your plans change so we can release the driver.

Specific notice periods can be confirmed in your WhatsApp thread for your dates. We will state any conditions clearly before you travel.
