Surf Lesson FAQ
Do I need to know how to swim?
Basic swimming ability is recommended. You should be comfortable in the water. Our instructors are trained in ocean safety and will always prioritize your safety.
What is the best time of year to surf in Taghazout?
Taghazout has excellent waves year-round. The best swell arrives October–April. Summer (June–September) offers calmer conditions perfect for beginners.
How old do you have to be to take surf lessons?
We welcome surfers of all ages, from children (5+) to seniors. We'll select the right board and adjust the lesson to your ability and age.
What if the conditions are not good on my lesson day?
If conditions are unsuitable, we'll reschedule your lesson at no extra charge. Ocean safety is our top priority.
